Fluid bed granulator introduction
Put the powder for granulation or the granular material for coating into the fluidized bed. The cold air enters from the heating chamber at the rear of the main engine. After the primary effect and intermediate effect filter, the heater is heated to the temperature required by the inlet air and then enters the fluidized bed. It is fluidized in the bed, and the binder for granulation is sent to the two-fluid atomizer by the infusion pump, and sprayed to the fluidized material after atomization. The powders bridge each other and gather into granules and grow up or form a film on the material to be coated. After the water volatilizes, it is taken out of the machine by the exhaust air.
Equipment principle
The material is suspended under the action of clean hot air flow (negative pressure) to form a fluidized state, and its surface is in full contact with the hot air, and the heat is evenly heated to a heat exchange state, which has extremely high efficiency.
Equipped with a suitable spray system and further improvements in the functional structure of the fluidized bed, it appropriately exhibits the characteristics of fluidized bed spray drying granulation and coating, that is, it has become a kind of drying, granulation, and coating.
