Conical double screw nauta mixer

The rotation and revolution of the machine are completed by a set of electric field and cycloidal pin reducer. The two-screw asymmetric stirring is adopted to make the material agitating range, mixing more uniform and mixing speed

fast. The mixer is rapidly rotated by two asymmetric spirals, and the material is lifted upwards to form two asymmetric spiral streams

flowing from bottom to top along the cylinder arm. A part of the material is staggered and lifted, and another part of the material is thrown out of the stud, so as to achieve the continuous renewal and diffusion of the material in the full circle orientation. It is mentioned that the two materials in the upper part merge into the central cavity to form a general downward flow, which is supplemented. The holes at the bottom form a convective cycle.

Two-screw conical mixers are widely used in chemical, fertilizer, oil fields, oil refining, pesticides, veterinary drugs,

pigments, dyes, metallurgy, smelting, refractory materials, feed, medicine, bioengineering, food, health products, ceramics, glass and new materials.
