High Speed Mixer

Vertical high speed mixer is designed for highly efficient mixture lf powder materials and efficient high speed mixer devices developed to solve the food, pharmaceutical and other industries all kinds of powder mixed into the raw water wet material unenen process issues. Widely used in chicken and other spices, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials powder or granular material mixing.

The powder material and the binder are thoroughly mixed into a wet soft material by a bottom mixing paddle in a cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a side-mounted high-speed pulverizing paddle.

 

Features:
1. Due to the centrifugal force, the bottom feeding blade of the ZGH vertical high-speed mixer feeds the bottom material continuously along the cylinder wall, and the upper material falls downward from the center, so that the material circulates to form a spiral shape.
2. The high-speed scraper blade paddle completely breaks up the block material sent by the feed blade paddle.
3. Due to the high rotation of the above two kinds of blade paddles, the material can be uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing speed and the uniform speed are unachievable by various domestic mixers, and and there is no particle in the middle of the mixed materials, mixing uniform speed up to 100%.
4. Open the discharge valve, the discharge speed is fast, and the equipment is easy to clean.
5. The material contact parts of ZGH vertical high-speed mixer are made of 304 stainless steel, and no volatilization, deterioration and loss of materials will occur during the mixing process.
